1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing or using KorraMind (“the Service”), provided by KorraNet Creative, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

 

KorraMind provides AI-driven content automation for e-commerce, including but not limited to, syncing Shopify product data to generate social media posts and tracking revenue attribution.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

 

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Content Generation and Intellectual Property

​

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your original Shopify product data. KorraMind owns the AI models and the platform infrastructure.

• Usage Rights: By using the Service, you grant KorraMind a license to process your data to generate content.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the AI-generated content (images, captions, hashtags) before publishing. KorraMind is not liable for any copyright infringement or brand damage caused by AI-generated outputs.

 

5. Integration with Third-Party Platforms (Shopify, Meta)

 

The Service integrates with Shopify and Meta (Instagram/Facebook). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. KorraMind is not responsible for any changes, suspensions, or data loss caused by these third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

KorraMind is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
